Valarie Lai

Valerie is a Senior physiotherapist with a Master's Degree in Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne. She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and a titled member of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia.

With over 25 years of physiotherapy experience in hospitals and private practices, Valerie has been working with clients of a wide range of health conditions, particularly in neuron-musculoskeletal areas, equipped with the skills of manipulative physiotherapy, dry needling and exercise prescriptions and others.

Valerie has found joy when passionately working collaboratively with her clients to help recover, progress and achieve their health goals.

After moving to Adelaide, Valerie was previously involved in Living Well with Persistent Pain Program. Apart from providing care to acute injures from sports and work, Valerie also actively engages in treating chronic pain, NDIS and aged care residents.

Valerie is also a mum to 3 kids who enjoys weekend hanging out or hiking with her family on a sunny day.
