Tara possesses a dual academic background on Traditional Chinese Medicine (Bachelors) and Remedial Massage, applying both approaches to treat a wide range of physical and mental conditions in multiple clinical settings. She strives to enhance the overall health and wellbeing of clients with specializations in tackling musculoskeletal conditions, stress management, and pain relief.
